All orders are shipped from our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in China. Once your package leaves our warehouse, local carriers in your country take over for final delivery.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled the next business day.

Expect your order to arrive within 3–14 business days depending on location.

Possible Delays

Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.

Failed Deliveries or Returns
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being picked up, we’ll contact you to reschedule delivery. Please note: extra shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours at support@finchfawn.com. We'll sort it out quickly.

  • Order Fulfillment: Picks, packs, and ships your order quickly and accurately.

  • Customs & Compliance: Handles export paperwork for smooth delivery across borders.

  • Returns Management: Helps manage returns if needed.

  • Inventory Tracking: Keeps real-time inventory records via a digital system.

Note: All inventory at our 3PL is fully owned by Finchfawn. We've paid for and shipped it to our warehouse—our 3PL only stores and ships the items on our behalf.
